What is the intelligence bomb?
We can't go into too much detail about this one but it is the main threat overshadowing the whole adventure. Who invented it? The Shadow Man? Daleks? maybe even The Doctor? You'll have to wait and see.
Is The Shadow Man someone else?
Nope! He is just The Shadow Man (AKA Olta Rebop). Father to Elain, he is President of Garsennon and is solely responsible for the pollution on the planet.

Will the Two Doctors meet?
We can't say much yet, however the things that Sam's Doctor encounters and experiences, ripple forward into the future causing Callum's Doctor to remember them.
